I just tried this new place, here are my thoughts: Pros: The themes are fun and they did a great job on decorations, meal options and the employee outfits. I love that they offer a larger hot chocolate menu, I can't wait to try that in the winter. This place also has THE LARGEST SEATING AREA. For some reason ice cream places like Handel's and cold stone have little to no seating areas. Brookers has plenty of tables which makes it a great option for group dates or families!!! The menu is so detailed, it takes a good ten minutes to read and understand it all, that's okay though since you have time in line. Employees were kind and quick to serve the other line of people. Cons: The ice cream felt less creamy, more icy than Handel's to me. The mix ins were so large that they weren't incorporated into the flavors well. For example I got the John Adams, which has chucks of butter cake in a cream cheese ice cream, tasted great but I had one large chuck of frozen cake in my scoop. The same thing happened with my Abigail Adams that featured a crispy cookie in the ice cream. There was one t we o inch piece of cookie, and that was it. I hope in the future they chopped the mix ins smaller.

Brooker's Founding Flavors Ice Cream was yummy! Fun atmosphere and delicious flavor combinations with creative names. My favorite was the Franklin's Black Raspberry Republic, If You Can Keep It. It was Black Raspberry ice cream with rich chocolate raspberry truffles. If you are up for it try the Liberty Bell Challenge = 13 scoops of ice cream + 4 dry toppings + 4 liquid toppings + whipped cream + nuts = Patriot sprinkles + cherries.

Ate here on a busy Saturday evening. The line moved quickly, they have a ton of flavors, some of them kludged together. Ordering was a bit confusing but the staff were very patient. They offered plenty of seating indoors and a couple small tables outside. The restrooms are in the back and are handicapped accessible. Menu Items are a bit pricy but everyone enjoyed what they ordered.
